Our seated exercise program in care homes aims to improve residents' physical and mental health through gentle, low-impact activities suitable for all mobility levels. These exercises promote better circulation, flexibility, and muscle strength, which are crucial for daily activities and reducing fall risks. Additionally, the program encourages social interaction and community building, enhancing mood and mental well-being. By participating regularly, residents enjoy physical health benefits and a positive boost to their emotional and psychological state, leading to a better quality of life in the care home setting.
