Mobility Flow Class
Welcome to our Functional Movement Mobility Flow class, where we prioritise creating a safe, encouraging, and friendly environment for everyone. This class is designed to help you improve your flexibility, enhance your movement, and increase your overall wellbeing.
What Mobility Flow Entails:
Our Mobility Flow class combines a series of different movements targeting all major muscle groups and joints. Each session focuses on:
- Dynamic Stretching: To increase your range of motion and flexibility, targeting tight muscles and joints to enhance your body’s natural movement.
- Functional Movements: To improve everyday mobility and reduce the risk of injury, building functional strength to support daily activities and sports performance.
- Balance and Stability Exercises: To enhance coordination and core strength, improving body awareness and alignment to prevent pain and injuries.
- Breath Work: To promote relaxation and reduce pain and stress, integrating mindfulness and breathing techniques to calm the mind and body.
Who It's For:
- Athletes: Looking to improve performance and prevent injuries.
- Individuals with Chronic Pain: Seeking gentle, effective ways to manage and reduce pain.
- Fitness Enthusiasts: Wanting to enhance their flexibility and overall fitness.
- Beginners: New to exercise and looking for a welcoming, non-intimidating environment.
Each movement is provided in different forms, ensuring that everyone can engage in the class, no matter their ability.

Class Details:
- When: Tuesdays, 6:00pm - 7:15pm
- Where: Northfield School Sports Drome, Thames Rd, Stockton-on-Tees, Billingham TS22 5EG
- Cost: £6 per class or £22 for 4 sessions
