Our elderly rehab class enhances your movement, independence, and motor skills in a fun and supportive environment. Our gentle exercises improve circulation, flexibility, and strength, helping you maintain an active lifestyle and reduce fall risks. Enjoy the benefits of physical activity while connecting with others in the community.
Our class includes:
- 60-minute exercise session: Incorporating Pilates, yoga, and Tai Chi movements to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance.
- Followed by a optional social group.
This class aims to improve cognitive function, combat loneliness, and provide a supportive environment for discussing health and independence concerns. We believe exercise, help, and support should be accessible to all.
