Our class includes:
- 45-minute exercise session: Incorporating Pilates, yoga, and Tai Chi movements to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance.
- 15-20 minute break: Enjoy tea and coffee while socializing.
- 45-minute cognitive function workshop: Featuring talks from local businesses and community support groups.
This class aims to improve cognitive function, combat loneliness, and provide a supportive environment for discussing health and independence concerns. Participants will also meet local businesses and community resources for future social and support opportunities. We believe exercise, help, and support should be accessible to all.
